problem tuner xpeed lx1

hi, can anyone help me. i have lx1 and can find only 30% programs . on other there is no signal. i try with new cabel, new lnb, new power suply, few images, bootloader
. nothing

is anyone have tuner electronic shema

what satellite positions

in all positions (19,2,13,16,0.8.....), tuner find programs only on certain frequencies

2.what your software ?
3.you tried to, upload (PC/FTP)or download (plugins) a ready channel list
